Refund policy
Returns are possible within 14 days. The following information is required in order to process your exchange/refund request:

Products must be in their original condition with original tags and labels.

Packaging must not be damaged and must be returned in its original state.

The return shipment must include a return form. Please contact customer service to obtain this form.

Returned goods must show no signs of use.

Order number.

Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue (for products that are damaged, not as described, or incorrectly received).
If the issue is deemed valid, we will cover all costs to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
If the returned goods do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
Always check that your package includes a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be reimbursed. Sending your return without a Track & Trace code is at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees: return costs are non-refundable. If the package status shows "lost in transit," we cannot be held responsible for the return shipment.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days after processing your return.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned:
a. Sealed products where the seal has been broken.
b. Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made).
c. Products clearly personal in nature.
d. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
e. Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products are excluded from the right of return for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
f. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.Order Cancellations
Cancellation of orders
It is only possible to cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After 5 minutes, orders enter our processing system and unfortunately cannot be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service immediately after placing it.
